Traveling South

Aleesi didn't notice - he just kept right on walking, a happy spring in his step as he walked on.

Sebastian just walked besides him, looking around as he searched his brain for a topic to talk about. When nothing came to him then he just started humming low to himself again.

"You've got a great voice," he suddenly complimented when he'd listened for a bit, and offered a cute grin.

He turned his head and smirked brighter. "Why thank you. I hear that a lot, but it sounds even better when I actually sing." he winked at him while showing his toothpaste smile again - normally when he made this move everyone around him started swooning over him, and he loved it. He loved knowing that he could do something as simple as winking and make heart breaks all around him.

Aleesi just grinned, though. "Really? I love singing. And whistling. Perhaps we could pass some time with it?" he giggled, and then did just a bit of whistling - the perfect replica of a nightingale's song.

"Sounds like a great idea." he smirked again and listened to his whistling for a while, to be honest he was actually rather surprised - but he did nothing to show that, other than let his smirk grow.

He grinned when he heard a nightingale respond up high in the trees. "Seems he likes it," from the tone of the song, he could hear it was a male bird.

He laughed softly, a deep and charming laughter. "How do you know it's a 'he'?" he asked with a smirk, walking a bit closer to Aleesi, almost close enough to let their shoulders touch, but still with that one small inch of air between them. It was only now that he realized that Aleesi was actually taller than himself - only a few centimeters, but still taller.

"He's got a deeper voice than the other nightingales." he answered with a smile, but then - he actually blushed at the sudden proximity, just a faint tinge of red on perfect, pale cheeks.

"I didn't even notice that." his voice was suddenly deeper, and a bit lower since they were now that tad closer. He was still smirking, and seemed to be turning up his charm.

"O-oh... Well, he does..." his smile was just a bit shy, now.

"I'll try to remember that, and listen more carefully." he smirked and for a second his fingers brushed over Aleesi's fingertips, just for a small moment, then they weren't there anymore. It was just a small, brief and light touch.

And the blush deepened. "Well... I really like birds, so I notice those kinds of things... What's your favorite animal?"

He looked towards the sky, biting his lip for a second, then licking them and looking back at Aleesi, his emerald eyes almost shining from an unknown reason... maybe lust? Who knew. "I don't think I really have one." he said after having been quite for a short while. "But I don't like cats that much."

"Ah. I don't really, either." a small smile.

Later hat night, after Sebastian had eaten (Aleesi hadn't eaten or drunk anything at all all day, and he wasn't complaining either, or looking dehydrated at all), they set up camp for the night in a small, peaceful meadow Aleesi showed him. "I've come here often, in the years past." he told him, as he sat down and let the top of the toga slide from his shoulder, displaying his slim, muscled torso.

"Really? I didn't see you as the traveling type." Sebastian said as he too sat down, unconsciously licking his lips as he looked at Aleesi - this time the glint in his eyes were definitely because of lust, pure lust. He couldn't stop himself from smirking, and due to the fact that he was feeling hot - like seriously hot - then he slowly pulled the shirt off of himself, leaving his torso naked - and of course he had to show off a little muscles.

"I am. I've been over most of Pangea, except the uncharted island.. For good reasons." he smiled - then blushed a little when he looked over at him, and saw him getting rid of that shirt. Damn... What was that feeling? It felt like the tropical winds were curdling inside him.

He nodded slowly, clearly seeming a bit more interested. "So, how is it? Being out there in the big world." he asked, leaning back on his hands, showing off his abs. Yes, he loved getting attention, and he especially loved it when he could make people react like Aleesi did. He loved making people blush.

"Well... It's nice." he smiled. "The feel of the winds in my face is the best feeling ever. And seeing all the wonders of the world... It's amazing how rich the world is.. Especially when you can see it all from above."

He raised his eyebrows slowly, looking partly confused, but also curious. "How do you see it from above?" he asked, suddenly sounding way more interested.

"By flying, of course?" he said as if it was the usual thing. Which, to him, it was, of course.

If it weren't for the fact that he had to play it cool, then Sebastian would've dropped his jaw. Instead he raised an eyebrow and smirked. "Flying? That's impossible." he said with a soft laughter, of course he knew it wasn't impossible, but then again, he had to play cool, play though, act like he knew everything there were to know - which he obviously didn't.

He grinned. "No, it's not, silly. The bird beastfolk, taurs and skinchangers can fly, too. Just like me."

"So, you're a skinchanger?" he guessed, since it was rather obvious to him that he was neither a beastfolk or a taur.

He shook his head. "No. I'm not. I don't suddenly turn into a bird." he grinned.
