Size: Average human size, but their place in the spectrum depends on their animal. A fennec would for example be about 1.6 m while a bear might be 2 m.
Speed: Average human speed.
Attributes: They get hearing, smell and sight like their parent animal, and are oftentimes smarter than humans as well. They understand things on another level.
Physical Description: Beastfolk are the perfect, anthropomorphic blend of human and animal. They have a digigrade stance, and depending on their animal; hooves, paws or claws for hands and feet, a tail, fur allover, and so on. Their head mostly resembles their animal, but their eyes are distinctly human, as are their voices, though oftentimes with an animalistic sound to it. For cats, they might purr while speaking if they're content. Snake beastfolk have snake tails instead of legs, and so on. They come in many forms, even fish.
Personality: Their personality varies depending on their species. A cat is solitary and reserved, a wolf is loyal to its friends but wary of strangers, a deer calm and peaceful, and so on.
Relations: Beastfolk are oftentimes at war with other beastfolk. The wolves don't like the cats. The deer don't like either of them, and so on. All in nature's order.
Alignment: Beastfolk can, just like humans, tip to both good and evil deeds.
Religion: Beastfolk can have any religion at up in human cities might worship human gods, ones brought up in the forest might worship Gaia, others might not worship anything at all.

Anatomy: Beastfolk are the perfect blend of animal and man. Their stature is that of humans, but with paws, muzzles/beaks, tails, wings - all the extra appendages the animal has, but with the intelligence and stature of humans. In the case of snakes, fish and the likes, the tail replaces the human legs entirely. The organs remain the same, though with an added air bladder for bird folk, or added gills for aquatic beastfolk.
